ToddTest is a location that is reachable only by use of Console Commands. It has appeared in several of The Elder Scrolls games, including The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
It is named after game director Todd Howard, who uses it to test characters and various interactions between them and items.
