Toxic Cloud is a Destruction spell available in The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. It is an area of affect spell, and makes the area around the Hero poisonous, harming enemies who enter the area with medium level damage. The base duration of the spell is 1 ingame minute, but the time increases 1 extra minute per level of the Hero.
