Trollsbane is a unique enchanted steel warhammer, found in a troll's den in the Reach in Skyrim.

This unique weapon is inside a troll den called Trollsbane's Demise, directly west of Cradle Stone Tower, and directly east of Valthume. Two trolls are outside the cave fighting. This weapon lies inside the den on the corpse of Frofnir Trollsbane.

Its unique fire damage enchantment only affects trolls and frost trolls. Attempting to attack anything that is not a troll will result in the effect of the enchantment being resisted, although physical damage will still be dealt as with a non-enchanted weapon. Trollsbane cannot be disenchanted to learn its effects.

Trollsbane can be upgraded with a Steel Ingot and the Arcane Blacksmith perk. It also benefits from the Steel Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.

  • Trollsbane looks the same as a normal Steel Warhammer, the only difference being the unique enchantment.
