Acquisition
Ulfric's Zealot can be purchased for 50 soul gems.
Strategy
A good strategy to use with Ulfric's Zealot is to attack a creature with high defense, that will likely kill Ulfric's Zealot, highly damaging it or killing it. If Ulfric's Zealot dies, it's Last Gasp ability will be triggered giving you a Heavy Battleaxe. Equip the Heavy Battleaxe to a creature to do heavy amounts of damage.
