• Light Armor weighs nothing and doesn't slow you down when worn. How much this assists the player is dependent upon their Light Armor level. However, this Perk is still needed to get the Wind Walker Perk (high sneak skills and muffling gear like the Ebony Mail make Heavy Armor nearly the same as Light Armor in terms of its effect on the player's Sneak). The only way in which Heavy Armor affects damage is that it reflects 10% of damage, which is clearly not as good as 50% stamina regenerate. Note: this Perk only affects armor that is equipped: other light armor carried isn't affected, but less weight equals less stamina consumed per hit, and frees up space in the player's inventory.
