Unused Characters are all Non-Player Characters that were created for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but not implemented into the game. In some cases, dialogue with characters that were included in the game, may reference these NPCs, despite the fact that they are not present in the game world.

Argi Farseer Argi Farseer is a Nord mystic and Idgrod Ravencrone's sister, as indicated by a relationship marker. Argi wears a set of farm clothes along with a pair of boots. She carries an iron dagger and a key to her hut located in Stonehills. Argi Farseer
Brond Brond is a Nord warrior intended to reside in the unused Pit. Brond
Captain Metilius Captain Metilius is a male Nord Imperial Soldier. He wears an Imperial soldier outfit without a helmet, and carries an Imperial bow, 10 steel arrows, and a steel greatsword. He was only to appear if both "Bleak Falls Barrow" and "The Jagged Crown" (for either faction) are in the Dragonborn's quest log, in which case he would be in Castle Dour. Captain Metilius

College Guard The College Guard was to be, as his name suggests, a guard for the College of Winterhold, complete with standard Guard dialogue. College Guard
Cow Hand Cow Hand was supposed to make an appearance in one of many Civil War quests, but was cut out alongside his related quest. Cow Hand
Dawnguard Hunter The Dawnguard Hunter is a member of the Dawnguard, wearing the standard armor and using their weapons. It is unknown if this character was replaced with the Dawnguard Vampire Hunter or not. Dawnguard Hunter
DomnaMagia DomnaMagia is an Imperial Warrior wearing a leveled set of Vampire attire and a pair of boots. She was once tied to a set of vampiric base-game quests. DomnaMagia
Do Not Delete Me - needed for export to work Do Not Delete Me - needed for export to work is a naked Nord, her purpose is unknown, but based on her name, it can be indicated that she was made for a script or facegen export to work. Do Not Delete Me - needed for export to work
Drunk Cultist The Drunk Cultist is a female conjurer intended to be used for the quest "A Night to Remember." She was supposed to be at the steps of the altar where the portal to the Misty Grove appears. Drunk Cultist

Escaped Prisoner The Escaped Prisoner is a male Nord in ragged robes, intended for use as a random encounter. Escaped Prisoner
Fellow Prisoner The Fellow Prisoner were enemies the would fight the player in the Pit. Fellow Prisoner

Headsman The Headsman is a Nord who was meant to appear in a random encounter, known internally as WEDL11. Headsman
Henrik Henrik is a Nord who was meant to appear as a corpse in the quest "The Wolf Queen Awakened". Henrik
Herebane Sorenshield Herebane Sorenshield is an Imperial who was probably meant to have two Items related to him; Herebane's Fortress, and Herebane's Courage, though these items are also unused in-game. Herebane Sorenshield

Insane College Wizard The Insane College Wizard is an Altmer Mage who was intended to be involved during the unfinished Rogue Wizard quest. Insane College Wizard
Jolf Jolf is a Nord citizen, he wears a leveled farmer tunic. His purpose is unknown, and in the Creation Kit, he is assigned to no factions and has no packages. Jolf (Skyrim)
Karinda Karinda is a horse intended to belong to Dagny. It would have been killed during the quest "The Whispering Door." Karinda
Liesl Liesl is a Nord warrior who was meant to be a fighter in the Pit. Liesl (Skyrim)
Load Dummy Load Dummy is a Vampire Lord. He appears to be used for Lord Harkons Vampire Lord form during the quest "Kindred Judgment." Load Dummy
Makhel Abbas Makhel Abbas is an Orsimer who would have appeared in the cut Civil War quest "CWMission11." Makhel Abbas

Mithorpa Nasyal Mithorpa Nasyal is a Dunmer Farmer who was supposed to reside in Barleydark Farm. Mithorpa Nasyal
Muril Muril is an Altmer member of the Thalmor, no matter where he is spawned, he will always go to the College of Winterhold. If spawned prior to the quest "The Eye of Magnus" he will attack the player during the fight with Ancano. Muril (Skyrim)
Pit Fan The Pit Fans are characters that would have appeared in the Pit as spectators.
Player Friend The Player Friend is a Nord who is a placeholder character meant to be used for the quest "With Friends Like These...". Player Friend

Rogen Rogen is a Nord vampire, he wears a set of vampire clothes, and uses an iron war axe in combat. Rogen
Saarthal Miner The Saarthal Miner are Dunmer, and Bosmer miners who would have shown up during the quest "Under Saarthal," but were never added. Saarthal Miner
Spirit of the Ancient Traveler The Spirit of the Ancient Traveler is a headless Nord bandit. He would have attacked the player if they picked up the Ancient Traveler's Skull in Wayward Pass. Spirit of the Ancient Traveler
Steirod Steirod is a Nord Lumberjack, he, along with Trilf, would have worked at a place called "Irontree Lumber Mill," which also got cut. Steirod
Sulvar the Steady Sulvar the Steady is a Nord who was intended to reside in the "Wheelhouse", a removed location. His job is to "Watch the Wheel," a task which is apparently more complicated then people think. Sulvar the Steady

Urchin Urchin is an essential Nord. In the Creation Kit, his Editor ID is DBCourierUrchin. Urchin
Viding Viding is a Nord Warrior who would have been involved in the quest "Ill Met by Moonlight." Viding
