Hello, I am Otto von Keitel, also known as Darth Storm. I was born in Potsdam, Germany, but recently moved to the United States of America. I now live in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. I am an active user here. I first joined this site in April of 2008. I have just come back from a lengthy absence and am looking forward to expanding this wikia. I was formerly a member of the Black Hand here, and am an administrator on the TESfanon Wiki. I am very much looking forward to being a part of this Elder Scrolls community. I am quite familiar with wiki layout, templates, categorization, and so forth. I am also well versed in the laws and policies of the wikis. So if anyone needs help please don't hesistate to ask me.
