Bethesda's lawyers are after the maker of Minecraft

Notch, the creator of the indie video game Minecraft, has tweeted that apparently Bethesda Softworks lawyers are after his company Mojang, claiming that the title of his new game, titled Scrolls, infringes on The Elder Scrolls trademarks and will be confused with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Bethesda wants Mojang to change its new game's title, or else the matter will likely end up in court.

Bethesda's fondness of litigation is quite well known (for example their long lasting lawsuit against Interplay over the rights to Fallout Online), but I think we can all agree that harassing the makers of indie games is pretty low. Can anyone in their right mind actually confuse Notch's game with Skyrim? I very much doubt it. And "scrolls" itself is a rather generic word.
