That's right. According to a recent blog post at Wikia Gaming, Bethesda is impressed with The Elder Scrolls Wiki. "Not only do the video game industry’s developers, producers, and marketers use the stories and pages you’re creating. They’re also using it as inspiration for their own games," Wikia Gaming staff member Lizzunchbox blogs, after having a brief conversation with Bethesda.

We are also linked to on The Elder Scrolls Official Website. First on the list, I might add. But who's counting?

Does this mean our blogs and articles have inspired the recent DLC, The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard? You be the judge. If so, more incentive to keep doing what we're doing. *segue, segue* Bethesda posted a podcast, giving a "behind the scenes" look into the making of Dawnguard. In it, they said:

"We decided to make the commitment to do both sides, which was a bit of a stretch because that’s a lot of extra content, but it was definitely well worth it...You get to choose what you want to do, and that’s kind of the big core of a lot of Elder Scrolls content."
