Me being crazy about volcanoes recently read about a small British Caribbean island called Montserrat. It is likely just coincidence but this small island is similar to Dragonborn's version of Solstheim except the frozen north of the island is tropical at Montserrat. However the bottom parts of both islands are covered in ash due to volcanoes.
