i think that the hearthfire dlc(if it is one) might have something to do with the summoning date of one of the deadric princes

The summoning date of Nocturnal is 3rd of Hearthfire.

i think the dlc might have something to do with nocturnal or the theives guild, maybe visiting her realm.
