Will Dragons eventually kill most of the people of skyrim?

I worry about the people of skyrim because I think one day the after enough dragon attacks happen most of them will die especaily with dawnstar I heard that hold gets attack by two dragons some times idk maybe I am just crazy what do you guys think.
