So I was thinking (I know it's a shock!) At the start of the game when you are goinvg to have your head lopped off and the Dragon comes and attacks Helgan was this coivcidence or was he/she coming to rescue you from certain death. Another examples of this Dragon coming to save you is when you follow the Stormcloak's into the tower and you head up the stairs and he bursts through he doesn't harm you only anyone in front of you.
Just a thought please comment if you have any other thoughts on this.
