Since its original reveal almost two years ago at E3 in June 2015 and its public beta in July 2016, The Elder Scrolls: Legends has long been anticipated for an official release. After undergoing a number of changes and improvements, on March 9th, 2017, the game is now officially out of beta on PC. It is planned to be released on a number of other platforms, listed below:
- March 23, 2017 for iPad
- April 2017 for Android
- May 2017 for Mac OS
- Summer 2017 for Mobile phones

Today (Jan 29) the official Elder Scrolls Online Twitter and Facebook accounts have posted some short teaser videos. These videos depict a black mass, likely volcanic rock, with audio of rumbling and blowing winds. In the first video, it is merely the rock structure with a few embers appearing from within it. The Elder Scrolls Online has announced that it will be giving away $1,000,000 USD to players of the game. To enter, go this page and follow the instructions on submitting an online or mail-in form. You must be 18 years or older to enter.
In order to win the grand prize, register via the entry form and log into the game sometime between December 3rd, 2015 and January 10th, 2016.
The second prize is 3,000,000 (Crowns) to 1,000 players who have entered, meaning 3,000 for each of them.
The Elder Scrolls Online is available for 60% off digitally from the ZOS store, along with Steam, PlayStation Network, and Xbox Live – along with other participating retailers – now through December 7th.
