Haven't talked to Jimeee about any of this, I'm just going off of what I saw posted on Veetor's Talk page. Are we still keeping the "Skyrim: Miscellaneous" category? Because some things can't be put in anything other than that, like Skulls for instance. Somewhy you didn't reply at my previous massage. But as only I saw, that you've archivated your talk page, I thought that you just didn't see it. So I'm writeing to you again :D
Wanted to say, that the map is crashed. Separately templates of the map work, but the last one (this) doesn't. I know that Jgjake2 has made the map but to some reason he is absent for more than a month. Is there any solvement of the problem? We've got the same map, but after MediaWiki was updated it stoped working (so as yours I think..).
I didn't know who is good coder on this wiki (except Elch but some minutes ago I saw that he's left the project :P), so I dicided to write to you as Timeoin is absent as well...

- Very hope that the map soon will be repaired, because it's the greatest thing that I've ever seen on Wikia. BTW, map's page when there's interactive map is like a navigator and the map's page with just the map is dump :P

I know you're probably busy, but if you could find the time, could you check out the Darkwater Crossing page? For some reason, the category link is appearing near the introductary paragraph, but I can't see it anywhere in Source mode. This issue seems to be tied to the SkyrimMines template. Is there any way you can fix this?

Khajiit bugEdit
There currently is a bug on the PS3 (Patch 1.5) where the tails of Khajiits keep moving even when their owner is dead. Sanguine VampirismEdit
Your reverting all my changes my last one that was reverted was about the Sanguine Vampirism since i cant get any leverage in that area even when i refer someone to diseases for the full article in a non first person view please write something that tells people to go to diseases in Skyrim for the full article on the Bloodspring. I tried to write in a non first person view on the bloodspring if you revert it i don't know whats wrong with it. We are not exactly sure how to do what you asked, but here goes:
{{Xbox}} The weapons rack in the Master bedroom is bugged. Weapons placed on it on the right side cannot be removed. The notice appears: "Activate Weapons Rack". If activation is attempted, any equipped weapon, either two-handed or one handed in the right hand disappears. There is a clanging sound and a brief flickering image of the weapon next to the bed, but the weapon isn't there, either.
- On another note, we changed an edit we made because the person who posted the Blog requested it. We couldn't remove it, so we turned it into a dot. We also removed a spamming message from our User Talk some time back. It was about a different game entirely, (League of Legends).DarthOrc (talk) 08:40, August 1, 2012 (UTC)

Handedness for Morrowind Edit
Hey Deyvid. I just noticed you're using the Handedness article for the One-Handed references in Morrowind. I thought about doing that until I checked the Handedness article and saw that it was specific to Oblivion. - There should be only four pages that link to the Handedness page now, and I think all of those are redirect pages that should have now been replaced by the direct links to the correct Handedness articles (which means they can be deleted, I think, but I didn't want to mark them for deletion until you had a chance to double-check).
- Also, I noticed while updating the links that there is a broken link to Thieves' Dagger on one page. When I checked it out, I discovered it is one of those pages that was deleted because it was one of those "random loot" pages. Would you want to recover that page, or just remove the link? RE: Interactive Skyrim map Edit
Thank you for letting me know about the broken maps. I fixed it immediately after i read your message, i just didn't get around to letting you know :P sorry about that. all i did was add a try-catch statement around a block of code that was breaking as a result of updated tag id's and classes. If you continue to have problems don't be afraid to let me know. My college schedule is crazy, but i will always be around to fix up my old code.

I noticed that you deleted a lot of content from the 'Easter Eggs' page because of a comment on User_talk:Jimeee. I would like you to revert the bit about Pumpkin or unlock the page so i can re-add it for if you click the link i just created, you will notice that it is not fabrication. Personally, i have encountered Pumpkin in the location mentioned.

Hey, I just want to say I appreciate your including/ informing (mostly informing since I had no clue about any of this) me in the nominations for staff posts and the bug flagging deal. I doubt I will contribute much (I'll leave that to better minds and more dedicated souls than myself). Still, I appreciate being kept up to date with such things, even if I'm not entirely sure why I was informed (it's not like I'm really staff or anything is it?). Clearing Items Lists Edit
Hi Deyvid. I've been working on Veetor's list, but I think I'm going to need help tracking down where some of the categories are coming from (but I'll get back to those later). Right now I'm working on the Items category--specifically for Morrowind. Since the MorrowindItems infobox is the source of the Item category on all of those pages, I've been working on changing the infobox on the pages. I'm down to 9 pages left, 7 of which could be categorized as "Tools" or put in an "Apparatus" category (neither of which exist for any game). - Considering those edits were from 5 months ago, I'm not sure we can say it's the same person using that IP address. It's possible, but so is the opposite. Oh, nah. Thanks for the heads-up though! I use this meathod on all the wikis I administrate/adopted as well as my blogs. Personally, I think it has a better aesthetic quality, with the only real drawback being you can't use links in the caption.

Category update question Edit
I've noticed that many of the category name changes involve actually changing the category name in a template that gets placed on the article (such as the {{Imagequality}} template). I've also noticed that when the category is changed in the template, the category may be changed on the article where it is placed, but the article still resides on the page for the old category name. It doesn't move to the new category page until after I "edit" the article (meaning, I open it, select scribe, put something in the summary, and publish the article). Then when the category pages are updated, the article will show up where it's supposed to. Is there a way to force this update without having to re-publish each article individually? - The only file that remains in the Images with unknown copyright status and Images with unknown source categories is a protected file. - :) One more time...I think I've done about as much damage to Veetor's list as I can do without admin rights. The last 3 on the long list involve locked pages and/or pages that I'm unsure how to handle (the blogs). There are quite a few User page hard links to the policies and guidelines and help pages that I couldn't edit because they are "locked," as well. I ran DwemerBot on the pages it could handle, but there are still some left for the reasons I just mentioned. So I guess I'm done for now. Let me know when you have some more. - I don't know if you've noticed, but since I finished my chemo a week ago, I have been on IRC more. Though, mostly, not a lot's been going on when I'm there. I'm pretty much done with the sysop stuff on DB unless you have more for me to do. I only have a couple of questions: First, when I started to make the category for Category Templates, I got the message that I was trying to create a page that was deleted by you on July 31. So I left that until I could ask you about it. Second, I can't seem to move several articles on the Template documentation category page. I tried with DB in sysop mode, as well. The Milkman's critique of Skyrim: How can we get Bethesda to read?Edit
Hey there! I know this is an unusual request, but is there a way we can ask Bethesda to read Skyrim's Smorgasbord of Shortcomings by The Milkman?
While I feel that Bethesda IS a company who listens to their fans and their critics, I feel that all anyone ever criticises Skyrim for are the bugs and glitches. Even Yahtzee in his Zero Punctuation critiques (which are infamous for being extremely harsh and downright nasty) only really complains about the bugs and glitches... bugs and glitches are only one problem out of MANY which are addressed in detail in the aforementioned blog.
I LOVE Skyrim, but these criticisms are just not being voiced and I am concerned that this trend will hold back future titles...
Does Bethesda have an account? Is there some way of contacting the relevant people at Bethesda?

Refering to your earlier question about how I manage to edit on two wikias: I've been trying to keep it balanced, I'm always in both chats and watching both wikiactivity pages (btw the CVN is really cool), and I've been trying to switch off which wikia I edit. Recently though, I've been more focused here because (no offense) it's pretty unorganized, which makes sense because it is very large. I expect to start alternating more soon, I've just been pretty busy with school recently, so I haven't had time to edit both wikias much.

Armor categoriesEdit
Headgear, Handwear, Footwear, Legwear, Pauldrons, Cuirasses, and Shields sound good. Boots, gauntlets and all that are too specific for this. As for the pauldrons, I say just put them in the same category, separating them into left and right is too much. As for the IRC, what's wrong with it? Its been fine for me all day.

PC Mod data in main articles Edit
I guess I'm not looking in the right spot to find the answer to this question or something, cause I'm sure it's come up before, but through my browsing of pages I've managed to run across several that have data related to user mods for the PC version, despite the fact that said pages are articles about things in the main game. That sort of info seems really iffy and, if I had to hazard a guess, is something you guys really don't want to see on here, but I am just enough unsure of that I felt I should ask before deleting it all willy-nilly. I decided to make a page where users can leave the messages of that they have bacome the victims of vandalizing the Wiki. When I wrote a simple template I've found this one. As only I clicked "copy", I've seen this string: From w:c:cod: with permission of User:Sactage. - Well... I don't think that linking our pages is a good idea... Not many Russians can speak English, you know. Copying the template would be better, I guess. But in order to make the template more legal, I gotta add the link :D

More category stuff Edit
Hi Deyvid. Did you want me to go ahead and capitalize the VIP category? You originally had a note on it about further conversation needed. Also, talking about categories, have you settled on a category for cuirasses yet? I was thinking maybe Bodywear? I mentioned it to Jimeee the other night, and he thought it might work. Hearthfire blog not news? Edit
Hey Deyvid, i was just wondering why the blog i posted regarding Hearthfire has been removed from the news category. With the recent "Homebuilding" leak, I'm pretty adamant this blog should be classified as News.
On another note, i have removed the ICEnhancer blog from the News category to make room for the more important News Blogs.

Console Commands (Skyrim)Edit
The Attention template has been on Console Commands (Skyrim) for about three months now. As such i'm going to begin revamping it and Console Commands (Morrowind) to be more inline with Console Commands (Oblivion), which will also be getting updated to be more useful and informative. This will include renaming several pages such as Console Perk Codes (Skyrim) to more fitting names such as Console Commands (Skyrim)/Perks. IRC and Morrowind Bandits Edit

The Irc has been giving me more trouble, i cant even get in now, im not sure if its me or its down for maintenance but i cant get in either way.
Also, i have come to believe that the bandits in morrowind have names, i have been thinking this for awhile now, but i didnt know anything about the game at the time. Do you think we need a "Morrowind: Bandits" category or should we not worry about them?

Well I did one of the assassinations for the Darkbrotherhood. It had me kill the brother of the guy that owns the Drunken Huntsman. Everytime I talk to him he says "What do you need, you miserable wretch." I don't know if that happens to everybody, but if it does I think it would be worth adding on to either his or the quest's page.

Breezehome - Children's Room (Hearthfire) Edit

We have made some observations about Breezehome if one chooses to buy the conversion of the Alchemy Room to a Children's Room. As the page is locked, we put our observations in the Talk page, but feel you might consider putting them on the main page.
- On another note, the weapons rack at Dawnguard Castle is still bugged, but you haven't added that to the bugs section.

On the wiki page for Helgen, the bug " 360 Sometimes during the execution cinematic, Alduin may behave like a normal dragon and flies around the skies around Helgen but doesn't attack causing the game to stop, there is no known fix for this other than restarting the game." also does this on the PS3. Thought it just didn't want me using the name Grabnar the Horrid until I saw that message actually. I'd edit it, but I'm half ludite. ~~Vince~~
Twitch TV Embed Interest?Edit

My name is Jorge and I'm on Wikia's Community Development team. I actually want to reach out to gauge your wiki's potential interest in embedding some Twitch TV content.
To give some background, Wikia is interested in working with Twitch to get some native embeds for interested wikis. Twitch provides live-streaming of games, from simple lets-plays to massive tournaments and competitive events. Embedding could allows users to easily find streaming content or get together to chat about particular events. If the wiki is interested, you could also have you very own wiki channel/group to stream content to users, make your own show, etc.
Do you think this is something the Elder Scrolls wiki community might be interested in? If so, how would you like to use it (home-page embed, its standalone page with just links or an actual embed? something else? Producing your own show? Etc.)
I know that Elder Scrolls wiki generally avoids video content. I presume this won't be a perfect fit for you all, which is perfectly fine. I did want to check in with an admin anyway though, just in case. You all are awesome and I don't want to miss an opportunity to offer you something if there is a chance there is interest.

Hey Deyvid, Good to see you back here, also good to know that Tim is thinking about coming back to editing. You were mentioned in IRC today, everyone wondering where you've been, and convinced that you and Tim died. :P I know you're guys are alive, since I see your posts on FB every so often.
The things going on right now are mostly around getting the Hearthfire stuff up and sorted, and it's going pretty well so far. We've got almost every Hearthfire page up with images and all (Thanks to Zimakaru with his HQ renders). Other than that, it's just everyday wiki stuff, trying to make things look and read better. IRC has been very quiet lately though, but I think that's due to people's life such as school, work...and other games besides Skyrim. :P

We left a comment on Breezehome's talk page about what happens when one converts the Alchemy room into a room for rug-rats. We think it should be in the trivia, if not the main text.
Finally, on the page Discerning the Transmundane, you left numerals in the main body of the walkthrough (the buttons in solving the lexicon puzzle), and the conclusion, ("skills by 5", instead of "skills by five"). Our understanding of the TESWiki style guidelines is that numerals are for tables and lists, (unless it is a large number).
Also, it should be "lenses are seen", not "lenses is seen", and "procede to pick up the Elder Scroll" could be "pick up the Elder Scroll". Also, the sentence about the four button puzzle to open the tunnel, followed by the sentence about the button puzzle for the Lexicon need to be rewriten. Badges reset? Edit
Hello,
Being an administrator of the wiki, I thought I'd ask you about this problem. On my user page User:Kroq-gar78, it can be seen that I have, for example, 100 out of 5 edits for the Skyrim: Quests badge. Also, my "consecutive days" badge looks to be reset (it's looking at the 14 days one while I've already finished the 60 days). I have been in-active on the wiki recently and I come back and add a photo to the page Solstheim (Dragonborn) and the page gets locked and I get a warning because the user Jimeee assumes that the photo I added is from uesp. So he ruined the most edited page for the past 3 days for all of the users, for one little mistake. I admit that I have accidentally added pictures to the wiki from uesp, but he threatened to block me for his own mistake. - SLyfoX999 has been warned about uploading content from other sites before. It is not an assumption that he uploaded a Solstheim map from uesp - it's a fact (see his talk page) - without attribution I might add.
- Looking at his history it is clear - SLyfoX999 specializes in uploading images from all over the web. He will be blocked if it happens again.
Factual correction Edit

I was looking through the content on the Island of Solstheim pages and I noticed a possible discrepancy. On this page (Solstheim), it states that the island's geography "Geographically, Solstheim is almost identical to Skyrim. Evergreens encompass the southern half of the island, and become more sparse whilst traveling north." However, on the page about the island in the upcoming Dragonborn DLC (Solstheim (Dragonborn)) it says "The geography of the island bears similar traits to both Vvardenfell and Skyrim. The north is dominated by the arctic climate similar to that found in Winterhold Hold, while the south features the jagged landscape reminiscent of the Dunmer homeland."
What I am focusing on is the difference between the two of the southern part of the island. Is this just a misstatement or did the landscape change because of the eruption of Red Mountain?

Just something werid I thought you might like to know. In Dawngaurd for Skyrim, Harkon says that when you go into Vampire lord form you start in the magic mode but for some reason I always start in melee mode. Do you know why that is? Also when I talk to Ulfberth War-Bear in Whiterun he says I should punch you punch you in the face for all that you've done. Then other times he says you and should have a pint sometime.
