I have updated nearly all the Dawnguard stuff now - I have been seachin the net non-stop so I don't think i've missed anything. Also we have new Dawnguard templates that we can use - I'll make the rest eventually.

One thing we need to do is update the Online page so it reads and looks better rather than a list of bulletpoints. Something like the Dawnguard article maybe.

changing admin to administrator

hello again. i was wondering how you managed to change it from saying admin to administrator.

Hi, I know you like me, have a soft spot for Morrowind, so just a quick question.

When editing the characters, how can i find the information such as level classes etc found in the templates.

I would love to aim to have a much more complete morrowind pages so would love to know how to add these as it is included in the templates.

Hey, Timeone. I recently added two pictures for Silver Tooth Cave from Oblivion. I was wondering if, a) they will be put on that page, and b) if I did all of the stuff right. Bots

I was just wondering, what is TESWiki's policy on using bots, does a new bot account need to be created like on Wikipedia or can the bot be used on a regular account? I ask this as I have noticed some suspiciously fast edits.

I was just going to ask this, I have been thinking of using a bot to do some of the repetitive tasks, but wasn't sure if I needed a separate bot account, do I?

I thought there were people doing this too, some people open edits in multiple tabs and close them out

all at once. Not exactly botting. One of the patrollers operate a bot, and I BELIEVE you can request bot actions on his page. Otherwise I think youd need to hear from the admins.

I'm fairly sure there are no bots operating here without permission; perhaps opening multiple tabs, yeah, but that's not disallowed :)

Admin Dashboard Question

Hello Timeoin. I recently discovered that when I run DwemerBot I can't create the search list using "Wiki search (text)" as the source. A friend helped me to discover that the wiki text search ability for TES is disabled. Could you check the Wiki Features section of the Admin Dashboard to see if this is the case? If it is disabled, could you please enable it? Otherwise the only way I can do a search and replace of a text phrase on wiki pages is to select "all pages," which is over 21,000 pages and takes all day to run. Somebody changed my thread

Recently, I posted a thread in the Skyrim forum section seeking help in obtaining the Ebony Mail. User Slowrider7 posted a response, then I posted a response. Later in the evening, I checked the thread and saw that there was a reply from user 67.180.158.1. I clicked on the thread to see what his response was, but found that he left no response at all. The only posts that were in that thread were my initial post, Slowrider7's reply, then my reply after. I suspect that 67.180.158.1 made a change to Slowrider7's reply or my reply but I can't tell. Could you look into this? If 67.180.158.1 did indeed make a change to either Slowrider7's reply or mine, please undo it. If not, then disregard this message. Please leave a response on my talk page. Dwarven Crossbow Naming Help

Hi Timeoin, if you wouldn't mind I need help moving a page...or a few pages actually. Since there are 2 dwarven crossbows now (morrowind and dawnguard), I'm trying to create a disambiguation page entitled "Dwarven Crossbow". The problem is, the Dwarven Crossbow from morrowind page is entitled "Dwarven Crossbow" so I'm trying to rename that to "Dwarven Crossbow (Morrowind)". But there's already a page by that name, which as it turns out is a redirect page for that dwarven crossbow from morrowind page. So could you possibly delete that redirect page? I mean when I try to put a pciture on a certain page it asks me about the owner ship of the picture,and what are non-canon pics? So to basically what im trying to say i would like to post a picture a character page or item page what must i do and what if i took the picture myself, is it ok 2 post it since it's mine?

Hello Timeoin, I am The Milkman. I was looking over at the Classes (Skyrim) page, and I was unable to edit it. I did leave a message on the talk page, but no one responded. It is largely biased and overall feels like an opinion piece of blog post. I feel it should be deleted altogether. It's intro sentence refers to it as a classless system, so what's the point? Skyrim doesn't have player classes, and most of the page just details why some people don't like that.

If not deletion, I do strongly believe this page needs to be revised extensively for quality. Again, I would do it myself, but it seems to protected. If you could take a look, that would be great.

When i tried to edit alftand elevator discussion page, wiki said that i have been doing vandalism before editing elevator discussion page. This cant be true because i dont think i have ever edited this wiki before? This is my brothers old computer, so it might have something to do with it. Help i have a problem! My game is glitched, so when i used this elevator and now im at the surface. Game makes autosaves and my screen flashes black and my normal screen (where i see my weapons and normal stuff when you play skyrim in 1st person) I cannot move, it just keeps doing that! I tried to do coc blackreachelevatoralftand, coc whiterunorigin, coc riverwood etc but none of these help! it just keeps teleporting me back to elevator thingy. I cant load my last save because this glitch autosaved my autosave slots full of "skyrim" and if i load any of those, it just keeps happening. I haven't tried my normal saves, but i dont really want to because last time i saved was ages ago =( Is my save ruined?But please someone help me =( i dont want to do all those missions again! And i dont think this is messed up because of commands, i have only used coc, changesex, resurrect and kill commands in this save. page suggestion

Hey this is my first time looking at the wiki, and I love that all this information is in one place. Its great since I'm pretty new to the Elder Scrolls. I know this is out of place for me to ask, but why don't you guys have a character building page? I've seen it in a couple of other places and its very useful. People can post perks they used to make awesome characters and name them theirselves. Its a great place to show off what you come up with. Just a suggestion anyway, not a big deal. Thanks to everyone who created this wiki its awesome.
