Policy update on the wiki Edit

Hey, Wiseman of the Wastes!

It's really nice to see you obey the wiki's policies, but we've changed some of the policies regarding videos. Now, as of 7th of December, videos are allowed to be added as long as they meet all the criterias and are added as links instead of embedded videos.
