Vadelen Indothan is a Dunmer who can be found at the Five Claws Inn in Woodhearth, Greenshade. He believes he should have been born a Khajiit, and brews a potion in an attempt to transform into one, but it doesn't work, and instead breifly transforms him into an Argonian.
