Vadelen Indothan is a Dunmer found at the Five Claws Inn in Woodhearth.
Unlike many of his people, he despises the practice of slavery and expresses his wishes to be a Khajiit, whom he believes to be his true people.
In that goal, he attempted to brew a specific potion that would have allowed him to become one but it failed and instead turned him into an Argonian.
