It is one of the eight cantons in Vivec City, and is best known for being an arena and the headquarters of the Morag Tong. The main section of the building is an arena with its fighting pit and hundreds of seats for spectators, it is used for various fighting matches, honorable duels. Feuds, and matters of succession are settled here.^[1] The Nerevarine has to fight in a duel in the arena during the main quest. The Waistworks houses some living quarters and training area for the fighters, a few traders and trainers, holding cells and a storage. The Cannalworks and the Underworks are largely uninhabited except for patrolling Ordinators, rats and a Dreamer. In the Storage area, a locked trapdoor leads to the Morag Tong headquarters called the Arena Hidden Area.
