Vokun can be encountered within the Nordic ruin of High Gate Ruins during the quest A Scroll for Anska. This quest involves helping Anska retrieve a scroll from deep within the ruins. Proceeding through the ruin will eventually lead to Vokun's Throne Room, where Vokun is awoken.
Notable itemsEdit
Upon his defeat, Vokun drops the Vokun Mask - one of the eight mysterious Dragon Priest Masks located throughout Skyrim. Collecting all eight masks is a requirement for the unmarked quest to restore the Dragon Priest Shrine.
