Tove the Unrestful is looking for calipers and tongs, to build a boat that will fly on water. He pays five gold for each caliper or tongs.
WalkthroughEdit
Bring Tove calipers and tongs when found. The mission will be completed if the Hero hands over a total of 100 (or more) tongs and/or calipers.
The easiest way to get calipers/tongs is to go to Imperial City Waterfront, search crates and then when you're done there, go to Imperial City Market District and search the crates there. Then go do some quests and come back and sometimes the tongs/calipers will appear again.

Tove seems to have run out of uses for calipers and tongs. However, I earned a tidy little sum off of him in the mean time.
