Unlike the regular Shrouded Gloves, the Worn Shrouded Gloves cannot be improved at a workbench, regardless of what perks have been chosen.
Enchanting
Unlike the regular Shrouded Gloves, the Worn Shrouded Gloves possesses no enchantments, allowing the Dragonborn to enchant it to their tastes.
