Wrathmen are creatures that resemble purple-skinned draugr, and they can be encountered in the Soul Cairn.
They may be summoned with the Conjure Wrathman spell tome, which can also be found in the Soul Cairn.
They are powerful foes, and are usually found wielding battleaxes or greatswords.
