Xaselm is a fort located northeast of The Fringe. The sorceress Relmyna Verenim lives there, conducting her experiments on humans and creatures in the Sanctum of Vivisection. She is the creator of the Gatekeeper.

Avoid entering Xaselm unless going as part of the quest "Rebuilding the Gatekeeper". If attempting to enter, one of the Flesh Atronachs guarding the area may attempt to chase the Hero while they are unable to unlock a door only accessible with a key.
