Ysgramor's Soup Spoon belongs to Ysgramor, who can be found during the quest Sovngarde. His Soup spoon is located in the city of Windhelm. When entering Calixto's House of Curiosities, the spoon can be found sitting on a shelf. Although being called a soup spoon, it is actually a fork. After talking to Calixto Corrium, he will offer a tour of his museum and will talk about the "spoon".

Ysgramor's Soup Spoon will respawn eventually allowing multiple copies of the item. It is one of three named pieces of silverware found in Skyrim. The spoon is a copper color hinting Ysgramor may have received it as a gift from the dwarves although this is highly unlikely. Another hint that it is a a gift is that few shelves below, there is some dwarven cutlery, plates, and cups.

A possible (and highly likely) theory is that Calixto simply made up the story about the "spoon" in question belonging to Ysgramor. This would validate why the item's appearance, weight and price are completely identical to any other Dwemer Fork.
