Zaban is a Khajiit of the Baandari Clan doing business in the viscinity of the College of Aldmeri Propriety. He mainly trades medical supplies with the brutalized students of the institution.
In reality, Zaban works on the behalf of Razum-dar, an Eye of the Queen, his assignment being gathering intel on the possible Veiled Heritance's infiltration of the college.
