The xx number can be different for everyone depending on DLC mods and patches (and if you've ordered them or not) Sin said 04 for Dragonborn but mine is 07, use one of the methods Alduin Sin or i left above to find out what yours is.
You can use an Utility known as LOOT (current version 0.6.1), or the "Load Order Optimization Tool" to reset the Plugin/Master file "Data Files" of any Bethseda Softworks game back to the Game's Defaults; in other words, Defaulting the "Dawnguard.esm" Master File back to it's Default Load Order of: 02. (The Data Files List starts at 02; as Skyrim.esm = 00, and Update.esm = 01; they Can't change their Load Order)
Not if you have the unofficial patches i use LOOT and my Dawnguard load order is not 02 its just not a good idea to give people a actual number for their XX.
It is a good idea to use LOOT though.

True; But not everyone uses the Unofficial Patches for Skyrim, personally what are the Patches for? It seems Skyrim runs Fine without the Patches. I fixed my Skyrim Freezing Up and not Loading just by Installing SKSE 1.7.1 on Skyrim 1.9.32.0.* and using SkyUI 4.1 (I blogged about it): http://charcoalstudios.blogspot.com/2015/05/i-fixed-my-skyrim-game-from-freezing.html (I did use LOOT to default the Dawnguard.esm Load Order to 02; I don't use Unofficial Patches.)
They fix bugs just like the official patch but the unofficial ones are still getting updates years after Bethesda stopped.
Find a item from Hearthfire in-game like clay and stone from a deposit or buy something like glass, straw or childrens items form a merchant. Drop it on the floor open the console and cllick on the item that should show you its id with the Number instead of the XX. You could also try using the command -
help "Lucia"
That should show you Lucia's id with the XX number included for Hearthfire.
I just typed in player.Additen 0300303F (#) and it worked
Need help finding the XX in legendary edition guys...also, my data file wont open
